She is highly organised and has great attention to detail, which allows her to effectively manage her property portfolio and ensure her managements are leased to great tenants, well-maintained and always returning a fair market rent. In his spare time, Harrison likes to stay active, read books and enjoys travelling, which has helped him to gain new perspectives, expand his knowledge and helps him to think critically. He also enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends.
OUR STORY
Following several years of industry experience, Harrison and Nicolette saw a shortfall in the real estate field for a property service that specialises in Property Management, services Sydney-wide and one where the directors of the company are fully involved in all aspects of the business and services provided. As a result, Evoak Property Management was established in 2019. Over three years in business, the company is standing strong and consistently growing. Harrison and Nicolette share a passion for growing the business and tackling challenges associated with their role. They take a great deal of pride in positively impacting the property investment portfolios of their valued clients.
